THE SPACE

NAU Living Labs is an adaptive reuse of a 60-year-old industrial warehouse, tucked away within the wild serenity of a mixed-use estate. The exterior is a sanctuary for urban greens, offering a thriving habitat for diverse flora and fauna, a living testament to our commitment to biodiversity. Inside, vast open spaces with towering ceilings, raw exposed brickwork, and natural textures create an inspiring canvas for artistic expression and intellectual exchange.

The adaptive design invites reflection and creativity, seamlessly blending the rustic beauty of the past with the innovative spirit of today.
